What Drove Me To Create This Website

In creating this website I wanted to make it more than just a generic site where one can purchase things. I wanted to impart a piece of myself in a way that would endear all to the inner workings of my mind to you on a very personal level, taking you places that you may have never been before. Sharing insights that either you may agree with with or not through the written word or the visuals displayed in my sketches. Something refreshing. Something to move one to take action. I wanted this site to strike you unexpectedly and happily like running into an old friend that you haven't seen in years, causing you to think of all of the pleasant memories shared. More importantly, it was my desire to make it somewhat of a hangout, a place for you to come to and a cure for boredom in a world that has a diminishing storehouse of destinations for people of color to share, laugh, cry, bond and embrace. Think back to the sweetest times of your life and tell me if you feel that the magic of those days are just as intense now. Probably not. As we work so hard to achieve material goods and financial security, we have forgotten that money didn't give us those most cherished memories. So in essence we have traded in something so precious to us and for the most part can't get it back.

Not anymore.

 I wanted to share my Black Soul with the world so that someone out there will understand that the good times haven't died and you are not alone. We use this relatively new medium called "internet" and haven't realized that it strips the human contact out of your lives....we shop online in the solitude of our homes and wonder why we haven't "bumped" into that nameless friendly stranger that we always used to see at the neighborhood store. We bank online and feel so strange when we actually walk into a bank and the tellers don't know us on a first name basis. Remember how good that felt? We meet people in the clubs and social functions and instead of giving our phone numbers at the end of the night to that someone who interests us, we share our e-mail addresses, forgeting what their voices sound like until we possibly meet them again. We don't enjoy the anticipation and rush of adrenalin that comes from go old fashion "making out" with that significant other on the couch anymore in the dark.....we now have used the computer as the go between for our erotic satisfaction now and sit in front of the cam (internet camera), exposing ourselves to each other touching ourselves instead of letting them explore us on more levels than just a mere bodypart. But is this true intimacy? When you are here with me, you will know that you are in the presence of someone who is real. Real issues, real challenges, likes and dislikes just like everyone else....but the difference is that I am not afraid to share mine. I couldn't draw what I draw and write what I write if I had such a perfect life. But if truth be told that's were my strength comes from....being real and staying true to what I have learned along the way.

 My Awakening 

After sleepwalking for over twenty years of my life on certain levels of conciousness, I've found that if I am created by the biggest, strongest, mightiest and wisest being in the universe, then why should I insult him by being mediocre and try so hard to blend in with folks who have absolutely NO ambition or goals and are content to barely be average?

 Always The Troublemaker 

I was always "the one in the group" who was outspoken, who told it like it was. This trait always landed me at odds with those who always wanted me to conform. They never won.

The Will To Win 

I was determined to never be beat down and defeated. Anything that I indulged in, I always wanted to be the best at it. Somewhat discouraged and disillusioned after high school and not knowing where to take my ability, I stopped drawing. From 1981 until 2001 I created nothing all all! Nothing! But once I experienced the potential and power of the internet and realized I could couple my personal experiences with my gift, I then knew my personal God given mission! And NO ONE can now censor my words and I can deal with my people all over the world direct!

Is There Any Decency & Integrity In The Media? 

I didn't understand or grasp the power and influence of the media when I was younger, I didn't realize how we as a people were literally brainwashed by it and strived so hard to become the images that were forced upon us every single day of our lives! And with what I saw I knew that our communities would fall under if we did not wake up! Is it me or is it worse than before? I mean, back in 1980 (When I was seventeen years old!) it was a big thing if you heard one curse on the television LATE at night. My classmates and I would ask each other if we heard or saw the show. Whenever a juicy show that we weren't supposed to see came on, an announcement would come on at the beginning of the program and state: DUE TO THE MATURE SUBJECT MATTER, PARENTAL DISCRETION IS ADVISED!......What happened to the decency and integrity of those who control what goes on our television sets? Is it any wonder why our children are turning out the way they are?

 Missing Your Soulmate 

Brothers! Is "BOOTY" the only requirement in a woman that you can see? Does it keep a righteous home? Does it bring peace of mind when the world seems to be on your shoulders? Does it feed wisdom to your offspring? So many of us miss our soulmate because of our low standards in seeking a woman. That's why we end up in the trouble that we do!.... 'Cause if we sought out carefully a truely righteous God fearing woman, our lives would be bliss like it was MEANT to be! And the funny thing is, Righteous women have GOOD "booty" too! The ONLY positive that comes from creepin' with a "DOWN LOW BROTHER" is the test result! A.I.D.S is the leading KILLER of my beautiful BLACK and LATINO women in their twenties to forties! Why aren't we hearing of this epidemic? I'm willing to bet that if this were happening in "other" communities, there would be an uproar! Satan takes the natural God given desire for sex and turns it against us! While we are being tittilated with the foolish images that arouse us on the public death tool called television.....We go out to emulate the very things the we see on it. What a cycle! Shakin' our "THANG" right on down to the HEALTH CLINIC just to get the bad news that a little self control could have helped us to avoid! Another soldier DOWN!

 The Natural Born Authority Of The Black Man

Black men do not have to go to a law enforcement academy or enlist in the military in order to be a soldier for righteousness once they discover the knowledge of their true nature, purpose and mission in this world. But those who are ordained as police officers with their limited pseudo power have a problem with the Black men who walk strong in their communities  in the GOD given authority that runs so much deeper and stronger than the tactics, tricks and gimmicks that these cops have been trained in. You can't study yourself into the possession of the third eye! That is something that comes naturally to us, that is why you are fascinated with that extra "something" that has always been something that's "out of your reach!" There is a power that we have and it drives you crazy to know that you can never have it. You know I speak the truth. This is why you harrass us like you do and never give us a break. Your insecurities are so obvious to many of us who have been on this earth for a good amount of time and it is the duty of us to teach the younger generation of your wicked games to keep us crazy and out of our minds. As long as we are not properly walking in our God given path, it gives you reason to paint us as animals and therefore justifying your actions against us.

Patience Is The Weapon That Forces Deception To Reveal Itself.

 Free From Inhibitions 

I am no different from anyone else. I am full of contradictions and have my flaws too. I guess the difference is....is that I don't waste precious time working so hard to "appear" to have it all together and live in a state of denial like many who shock you when you find out their dirty little secrets. If you ever get to know me you will find that I am probably the most uninhibited person you will ever meet. And while I won't put MY juicy little things out for the world to see, I have NO problem being REAL!

 Where We Must Start 

Do I dislike white people? Hell NO! I love everyone! Didn't God create us all? But I will say that this world is screwed up badly. And because of this, my black people across the world are feeling the effects of a twisted racist systen that they so badly try to embrace and didn't create! A system that benefits"others" from their pain, exploitation and suffering....as are many poor whites, latinos, indians and orientals. But when you are a revolutionary you must start from where you are and slowly extend your influence beyond your world into others. This is my God given mission through my illustrations. So I must start with the black woman and man because we are in the worst shape of all the people in the world! Mentally Dead! 

 I Have No Time To Waste Lookin' For The Good Ones!

But I must comment on the Black brothers and sisters who constantly say to me that “all white people can’t be bad and think the way you assume that they do”…..ASSUME? How can I assume something that has been documented for hundreds of years and still goes on up to this very minute through police brutality/killings, discrimination on their jobs…..training some caucasion new jack, giving them all of their hard earned expertise only to find that the promotion goes TO that rookie who they have now placed over you, redlining and the constant character assassinations in their visual and print media. Assume? Well let me ask you this: While my people are being killed/brutalized/profiled by the police, discriminated in their jobs and not gaining rightful well earned promotions, being shut out of certain neighborhoods because of the color of their skin and having to endure the mass brainwashing of the world by a racist media……is it MY job to foolishly run behind the caucasion world to produce a handful of white people who stand up for what is right and to speak out against the sick travesties that are commited against the Black race so that we can say that “all whites aren’t bad?” What a tap dancin’ waste of time that is!!!!

With all of the obstacles that we have to overcome and the work in our communities that WE have to roll up our sleeves and start working on, how dumb would I look taking THAT energy away from the revolution that needs to take place to validate a people who care not for us? If they did, there wouldn’t be a phenomenon called “white flight”…..Let me ask you apologists another question: If they are so good then why is there an eerie silence every time one of us suffers a major injustice at the hands of their kin. They hardly ever come against their own because they stick together! But here you are like a black fool coming down on me!!!! One who is not afraid to reflect what is really out there through my creative expressions and beating me down to tell me how good they are! Well if there are any good people of that persuasion then let them come forward publicly and denounce the pain and suffering inflicted on us in the various forms by their people. And discreetly whispering it to you out of the sight of their colleagues is not acceptable! Let them stand visible on the front lines with us like we do every single day of our lives! Let them speak against the put downs that you know they hear at the “water cooler” everyday at work when we are not around. Are they running around to THEIR racist brothers feverishly telling them that all Blacks are not thugs, drug dealers or pimps? ……that all Black women are not lazy welfare check collecting baby makers who would rather go party than to keep a clean home and a decent job?

You see, as long as things remain as they are nothing will change. And change will never come as long as there are punked out weak minded handkerchief headed negros who will work hard to preserve the so called integrity of a people who don’t care for us instead of working even harder to create an esteem in the younger generation of Black men and women who need us desperately more than ever before, now than in any other point in our illustrious history. Do not "hate" anyone.....just understand the rules of the game and master the environment that you have been placed in. Once you understand this you will know that the greatness instilled into you by the almighty God Himself cannot be taken away by another peoples sickness and insecurities called racism.

 Class, Manners & Cultured Behavior

Parents: The best thing you can show your child is class, it's more important than dressing their backsides with the finest or flashiest gear, which means NOTHING if they can't represent themselves to the world in a dignified manner. When observing children in group settings, it's easy to pick out the ones who have parents that spend time with them by the way they act! And it's also easy to see the children who are left alone for hours by themselves in front of the television set with no guidance or no vision from and adult with wisdom. Any fool in this world can "stumble" across money and never know true cultured behavior. But a child that was raised to possess true class and etiquette doesn't have to show how much is in their pockets to be valued as a truly rich individual! Proper manners go a long way!......The fruit doesn't ever fall TOO far away from the tree!

Mere Words Opposed To The Actual Deeds 

To those few "haters" who think that I am so "disgusting" for expressing my thoughts here that also represent the mindset of many that I have spoken to over the years: IF I AM SO TERRIBLE FOR THE WORDS AND ART THAT I HAVE HERE ON MY PAGES, THEN WHAT WOULD YOUR DEMONIC DEEDS BE CALLED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE WORLD AND THE WICKED TRACKS LEFT BY YOU IN THE SANDS OF RECORDED TIME CALLED HISTORY? Please tell me! Since when did the expressions of one man's view compare to the actual killings of whole entire nations? Why is Amerikkka catching so much hell now?........" The sins of the father?"........ Hmmmm.

Drugs & Our Families 

I HATE DRUGS! I despise them! I see what it does in my community and what it did to my family! My childhood was affected because I have an older brother who got caught up in heroin and crack in New York City. Why am I telling you this? Because then you will understand my intensity towards living clean, having a clear mind and staying clear of the traps of the oppressor. If we only use a small percentage of our brain power and capacity enough as it is, then why in the hell would you want to decrease your chances for success with the obstacles that are already in place for us? I love my brother so much but do not know if he is dead or alive right now. he is/was very brilliant and charismatic. I have always yearned for that relationship to bloom and will always cherish the few times when he was straight enough to be a brother to me! I love you Gary! It's NEVER too late! .......God is able! I will continue to run the race for us BOTH! Mommy and Daddy wouldn't have it any other way!

Righteous Anger

There is nothing wrong with being ANGRY! It's all how you deal with that anger! I am righteously angry and very upset with the things that I see transpiring within my community! And with every ounce of God given strength and breath I will use my talents to beat down ignorance, oppression, exploitation, hate and genocide! These conditions are of the devil and if you perpetrate these sins against my people then YOU ARE A DEVIL!.....and I will call you out each and every time!

Why is it that 50% of all black men living in New York City are unemployed, but there is an over abundance of funds available to see their black sisters dance nude at the strip clubs?

Many worldly men know EXACTLY where to go to when they want to meet an "easy" woman. It's NOT the club or the bar, it's the church! While there are many God fearing women who live an upright spotless life following the example of Jesus Christ, there are many who are there JUST to meet a man! Many who have done so much "dirt" in the world but have "changed" their game because they want to play the game in a different arena. In God's house you will sometimes see more TIGHT in the butt skirts, EXPOSED cleavage and "painted on" slacks than you  will see at the "club" on a saturday night, is this in the name of the Lord? What "LORD" are you serving with this manner of dress? Foolish women have mentioned "needing the help" that showing a little "innocent" skin can bring to get the attention of a man. But I ask you this: If you attract a man on this level initially, it is only a matter of time before the NEXT woman does the same thing! Your neighbor, the woman at the supermarket, his co-worker or even your very close friend! God is not happy with the secret motivations and hidden agendas of many of men and women in the church today. It's a form and fashion "club replacement" and can be just as vicious than any joint you can find in the "hood" late on a saturday night. I once heard someone say that there might be more sincerity and less hypocrisy in the WHORE house than there is in the CHURCH house. Hopefully, this sad fact is in the minority..... and I DID say HOPEFULLY!

Queen Or Sex Toy? 

Our women are considered to be 'play things" to THEM, sexual beasts made only for satisfying their perverse desires. What hurts the most is that "some" of our beautiful sisters fall into thinking this is proper conduct because they see it all day on the filthy television and it's condoned and absorbed from a young age. But God did not create a QUEEN to be a mere sex toy for a wicked and satanic man!

SEX? Who doesn't love sex in some form or fashion depending on what your personal fetishes are? Why are some of us so caught up to the point where we don't think? The spirit of lust is controlling our proper judgement! Want to take a chance just this one time and go "tap it raw?" Go ahead and be a fool! There are plenty of ladies and gentlemen out there who appear to be "dimes" and "diamonds! WHEW! Some of these women can really catch a mans eye! They will make you totally throw out good judgement to what is right in these dangerous times and risk it ALL! Satan will have you 'thinkin" 'bout all those good FREAKY things that you can do to them! You only live once you say? Why do I ask? My Beautiful Sisters

Hold your head up woman! Realize that you are the MOST beautiful, sweetest morsel of womanhood to EVER grace the face of the Earth! The Original is always the best! Do not allow ANY imposter to force a false standard of beauty on you through the brainwashing of the media! For YEARS they made fun of your shape, saying that your beautiful backside was too round and big, yet you see THEM in the gyms and spas across amerikkka trying so hard to attain what God has OH so given you in fruitful abundance! Of course you have it going on "back there!" You DIDN'T have the luxury of SITTING on it for over four hundred years, watching someone else build for you! That shape is residual payment through your genetics for all of that hard work your ancestors had to do! For YEARS they made fun of  your features, saying that your lips were TOO big and your skin was TOO dark!......Yet you see THEM shooting chemicals into their lips in order to give them some semblance of sensuality on a lipless profile.....right afterward paying money out of there own pockets to bath artificially under a tanning lamp in order to get the hue to their skin that you have naturally and so beautifully to identify the strength in your genes! They made fun of you black woman because THEY are envious of what YOU possess!

But some of our women are so far gone in their brainwashed state of mind that they feel they need to alter themselves with these dangerous "bleaching and whitening" cremes changing what GOD has given them. Don't think that GOD is pleased with this! If you believe what you say about God having infinite wisdom then why would you turn around and insult him and indirectly call him stupid by thinking that you can "improve" on what he has given you and put into place? Improve? This shows how sick we have become! Are you trying to appear acceptable to GOD or acceptable to some twisted man who can't accept you as you are? You AIN'T foolin' anyone! We should concern ourselves more about the wisdom that is IN our heads than worry about frying the little hair we have that's ON our heads!

Good Business & Crime 

In this world when someone of a favored class of people steals, it's considered good business. When a black man steals, it's called a crime.

Imagine when Jesus Christ returns in the despised black flesh the devil has been raping, lynching, beating on, robbing, stealing from, exploiting, oppressing and lying to all over the world for centuries on end, coming to seek justice in a land soaked with the blood of my ancestors. Essence magazine recently has been bought out by Time Warner. That's another well established Black instituion that is now owned by a very powerful and influential company that has absolutely NO roots in our community. Makes you think to yourself WHY? They wouldn't position themselves in such a manner if there wasn't a reason for this. Think! If they can control our culture from behind ther scenes, they can pretty much control our thinking and mold it into anything they desire. Essence has now gone the way of Motown, Black Entertainment Television, Johnson Hair Products etc. Imagine who they will allow to advertise on the programs that we watch and the periodicals that we read. you see, while we do not have the COLLECTIVE and UNIFIED MIND to focus our vast wealth like they do, our entertainers, athletes and culture is OUR silver and gold! We need to realize that! We should NOT let others die with OUR wealth in their pockets! No excuses. Case closed.

As a matter of fact, you really have no choice at this point....so don't get pissed 'cause you see a good clean HARD WORKING FAITHFUL man who DOESN'T want to get involved with you and all your drama! When all you speak of is how many "hoes" you have had or how many drugs and liquor you have consumed, they don't have  a problem with it because that is your place! It never ceases to amaze me how WE do not have respect, love and unity amongst ourselves, yet we run to those who DEFINITELY do not want us! If we began to believe in ourselves and build for ourselves without thinking we are nothing without the oppressor, maybe we would finally get the respect of the world! Some of us are so twisted in our thinking that we do not think that we have "arrived" into success until we have caught the temporary fancy of the children of our former slavemasters. We can jump and shout all day in a church service "getting sweaty" doing holy aerobics but when we step out of our "emotional crazed frenzy" what good did it do if we failed to take action in the very communities in which we dwell? We are as strong as our weakness "link"! So if you see YOUR neighborhood going down it's only because collectively YOU didn't do enough to take charge of it's destiny! But what do we do? We try to run from ourselves saying that "the neighborhood has been going down!"......but that is the very same thing that happens when we try to adhere ourselves to those who don't really want us around them at all! You run from your own and they run from you! LOL! False smiles and strained offerings of acceptance while all that time frantically calling their real estate broker to "get us the hell out of here!" You have to be very careful who you spend your time with and reveal your dreams and plans to. Although many may smile with you, appear to be in your corner and act as though they are in support of your endeavors......there is a great chance that those very people may not be truly in your corner. Time will reveal all. It hurts to find out that someone you thought was a close friend turned out to be the very one who has been sabotaging your efforts for a better life and positive existence. Once this bad news is discovered you begin to think of all of the time that could have been used in a constructive manner without this person. Along side with the feelings of betrayal, hurt and anger that will definitely follow. It happens to all of us and in this life there is NO way of knowing other than being connected to the Holy Spirit. If you are TRULY connected to God you will hear his gentle voice guiding you through a world that is infested with deception and falsehood. But I personally feel that one should look at one's company very carefully and make sure that the person you spend time with is about growth and has goals that they are feverishly working on daily. Ask them what they are. If this person can not tell you what their goals are then they are DEAD WEIGHT! It's a challenge enough with the adversities that we must face each day to have an individual around us who can't tell you what their dreams are. Chances are they will eventually feed off of your energy and DRAIN you. We sometimes go for YEARS on END feeling that we "just don't have it" but it's really an entity in your life that is covertly sucking the life out of you! CLEAN HOUSE! Get rid of anyone or anything in your life that can not generate enough energy to move itself about to a higher plane of life! And I do not mean your young dependant children or dependant elders. Teach the children and gain wisdom from the elders. Once you rearrange your life and put it in order, you will find that you will get many things accomplished faster and with much less effort. And in turn by doing this, your goals will be met and those "do nothing" folks that don't have a clue about REAL LIVING will be far behind draining some other unsuspecting soul!

I cried because of that oh so familiar song that I heard in my dream, but slipped away as I was awakened by my own tears. Made me think of the tremendous influence of all the beautiful, now faceless black people who left an indelible mark on my heart and psyche. A beauty and grace they possessed that even poverty, pain and oppression failed to eclipse. As a young boy so very impressionable, owning a clean slate and innocent to a fault to the worlds issues, I somehow knew at the time that this was a special time and would be no other like it. I knew something was happening that would be spoken about for the rest of my life even by those who weren't as priveledged to be in it's presence like me. The Savoy Ballroom... The Nation Of Islam... Uptown (Manhattan) Saturday Night... Old cars from the fifties shiny and bright and still on the road... Old winos who drank all night and STILL had enough respect to find themselves dressed down to a "tee" at the early sunday morning Church service... Ali... Malcolm... The Black Panthers... Respect for our women... Home cooked meals that anyone was welcomed to... Marvin Gaye... That ONE LOUD telephone in the living room that woke everyone up at night... Nickels taped to the turntable needle to keep the record from skippin'...Diana Ross and the Supremes...Sherman's barbecue dinners on 151nd street and Amsterdam Ave... Church ladies who prayed in church all day but played their "number" before going home at night... Coat hangers in the television set... "WWRL, 1600 On the A.M. dial!..." F.M....? What was that?... Conversations out of the window six stories up with the people whose name you never really knew that lived in the next building... Never wanting to come inside from out on the "front stoop" 'cause we were having to much fun...having a cultured mother who could sing in many different languages with a voice straight from the clouds of Heaven who taught me true class and spirituality, From her I learned how to pray and seek my victory in Christ. Having a strong Black Jamaican daddy whose muscles were bigger than most and who made me PROUD to be who I am. Clean Living. Independant. Hard working. Needing no one but God! A Gentleman who took NO crap! Would give his last dollar to feed you but who I've seen knock out cold the disrespecter of even ANOTHER man's wife! REAL. STRONG. PROUD! Taught me what the schools refused to reveal...REALITY!  Even though not of the streets he showed me the streets with all of their games and how to survive there if I had to one day... BLACK and not ashamed but made others yearn for a dose of his potency. He left me with NO curiousity for the streets so when I later faced the different crosses I had to bear, I never turned to them out of curiousity. This is what imbibed me with my essence! Straight from the womb I was fed truth and in those challenging character building times I was raised. I remember the wisdom of the barbers as they cut my hair for what seemed like forever, delayed so that they could make their point and get in the last word on my Father... Friendly debates that that educated me beyond my years and made me aware of the struggle to come. Nuggets of truth that were given to me by all, as if they knew of the darkness that would fall down upon the Black America that I would be forced to inherit one day. The pride they displayed as they watched me shadow box an imaginary opponent... how they would stop and encourage this little boy  not because of his physical impressiveness, but  because he possessed an obvious spirit of determination at such a young age and who would one day continue the struggle when matured. Little boys like me gave them hope even as they so desperately tried to escape the pain of the roaches, the rats, the subhuman living conditions and the six dollars and fifty nine cents in their pockets that HAD to last 'till next payday... Searching for a reason to to laugh as they tried to conceal the alcohol on their breath. ALL IN ALL, they never told me wrong. I can see their faces, so clearly in my mind...those who have tasted so much from the sometimes not too pleasant buffet of life. I can feel their words so strongly in my heart...and now at 42 years of age, I begin to understand their pain in a way that they knew I would. They prepared me, they nurtured me, they warned me and now I grimace at the news everyday as I now have assumed THEIR position and influence and educate my little Queens and all the little future KING WARRIORS to the nuggets of truth that live on, even if they forget my name and vaguely remember my face. That's OK. I just want to say THANK YOU to those strong battle weary soldiers  who knew what awaited me!... To all who put this music in my hungry Black Soul... I WILL NEVER FORGET!!!! I miss that special world...And that is why sometimes after waking up from dreaming about those days............I CRY.

A Relationship Is Under The Control Of The Person Who Cares The Least.

The Most Frequently Prostituted Word Is "Family" 

Family. What a word! Shouldn't it be a sacred thing? I mean, the order of family is something very much ordained and put into motion by the very hand of God himself. There are reasons he created the family. And there are reasons that satan is working overtime above and beyond on this planet to destroy the institution of family. Which brings me to this thought....from which I speak from having first hand experience.....: Many who happen to be linked to us on a biological level sharing the same genes and bloodline (This also includes those dysfunctional in-laws, who in my case, have been some of the strangest set of characters to walk the face of this earth! Trust me! LOL!)  have nothing else other than that to join us....some have completely foreign spirits and hidden agendas, doing things that even a stranger would never think of doing to you in the name of "family." The word "FAMILY" is an often prostituted term that opportunistic individuals utilize in order to drain you of your resources, leech you down to nothing, take advantage of your kindness...and then turn around and talk about you so badly to others (Who would never help THEM out in the first place!) when they couldn't get out of you what they schemed on. YES! This happens. There are many of you out there who are blessed to not have this type of satanic activity played out in your homes but there are many who have been through it who will agree. Be careful who you "let" into your home as "family!" Emergencies do happen but if a person is not motivated, goal orientated and driven, they will only bring your household down with the hidden poison that they carry in their hearts for you! Throw them out immediately! Yes! You will get called all kinds of names, and maybe even a few of your dirty little secrets ( It's OK, because it's really none of their business anyway!) might be revealed because of the close proximity you have allowed them to enjoy in your midst. But where is the appreciation? Why is it that these demons feel you HAVE to DO for them? I know there is someone out there feelin' this....LOL! After you straighten your home out and cleanse it of these fraudulent dead beats, they act as though your house rules were so strict and terrible. They never complained about the food! NOOO! They helped you to keep the "Fridge" empty many a day! They never complained about never having to contribute money to the household! NOOO! They  lazily lounged luxuriously in your crib while you worked those hard double shifts, hardly having any time to enjoy the fruits of YOUR labor! But THEY did! And even helped to SPEND some of your hard earned money! And all the while you did it out of a love that only you imagined that they felt for you mutually! Family? WOW! Some of our biggest haters you will ever meet are family! And when a little time goes by after they have been banished, they feel as though you have NO right to express yourself about what happened....what THEY did...some will even look at you like you are a damn fool on the verge of losing your mind because they will say: "I have no idea what he is talking about!"......NEVER let these demons feel comfortable in your presence as long as you live! Never stop expressing yourself decently, intelligently and righteously! Until a TRUE PUBLIC APOLOGY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT comes forth to heal the travesties executed. You don't have to cave in and feel like a victim to an in-laws generational curse of mass dysfunction and emotional constipation!

So how come it's always the people who do the most dirt say this? "Don't judge me! It's not judging baby! When you don't pay your bills but always have money to spend at the club, is that judging? NO! It's a fact that you are irresponsible! When your children see so many different "Uncles" they NEVER EVER saw before that come to visit you late in the middle of the night time creepin' into your room with the doors locked and the music turned up.......now when those same children grow up and call you an irresponsible cheap harlot.....why do you get angry and have the nerve to utter that famous copout line: "Don't judge me!" When you are too lazy to get up and look for a job or are too lazy to create a job for yourself ....now payday rolls around and the working folks have a little money to enjoy, you want them to give you a hand out saying: Don't judge me, it's hard out here!" IT'S NOT JUDGING BABY! IT'S FACT! You GIVE us the "evidence to weigh"everyday!

Most know a hustle when they see one! You wouldn't have to worry about ANYONE judging you when you give them the positive evidence of who you are through hard work and righteous living....leave them NO doubt! When they try to talk bad about you and you are living a Godly life, THEY will look foolish in the long run! But you can't play both sides of the coin! Those days are gone! How can an apple tree get angry at me for calling it what it is? It has big red shiny apples hanging so obvious from it's branches, so it's evident what those fruits are. So the tree must be an apple tree! Don't we get judged by our ( works) fruits? What are your fruits? Gossip? Envy? Slothfulness? Hate? Love? Kindness? Longsuffering? Peace? Joy? What fruits do you choose to display on your tree? I am just calling it like I see it. If you get angry with what I am expressing then something is wrong with you! Let me ask you this: Do you get angry with the weatherman on the television when he TELLS you it is DEFINITELY going to rain and you go outside with no umbrella? Is it HIS/HER fault that you got wet?

You Toss Your Military Heroes Aside Like A Wet Napkin 

If the United States Government truely believes that the women and men of the Armed Forces are our real live heros after sacrificing their lives in protecting our country in these dangerous times, then why do they have to work to make ends meet? Why isn't it made possible that these women and men wouldn't have to concern themselves with the basic needs for themselves and their families? Why are some on drugs and forgotten.....or just plain out of their minds? They didn't forget to protect your fat lazy backsides in Washington D.C. while you traveled in a safety that those women and men hoped to secure. You eat in abundance and live in a luxury that some of these individuals will NEVER see! 

Why do they have to even LOOK for a job when they come home? Shouldn't they be lauded as the countries finest? You toss them to the side like a wet napkin you blew your nose with after a swift meaningless ceremony of pomp and ceremony akin to a man promising a lovestruck lady the world to get her disrobed for his carnal purposes while in his heart knowing the union will only amount to a shallow meaningless one night stand. Sure. there are some success stories, but they are far and few between and definitely in the minority.....but what of the majority who have to fend for themselves after serving with their mind, body and souls? What of the sexism and racism that quietly thrives amongst those ranks?

You are just using their patriotic spirits for your own corporate monopoly games and you will pay for what you are doing to these poor families who have to suffer major losses. Will you take care of them? Fathers and mothers who have lost their lives and will never see their children grow......will you sooth their hearts? Something is definitely wrong with your military system and until something is changed you will never be blessed as the so called leaders of these galant women and men!

Investigate Your Potential Mate 

Some of you single brothers should leave a women alone if you have nothing to "bring to the pot."...It truely amazes me when I see a beautiful intelligent sister who has worked so very hard for the things she has achieved and has sacrificed many years to accomplish the wonderful status she now enjoys only to get involved with a "dead weight no good spiritually draining pimp mentality possessing do nothin' type of man!"...The new relationship "bliss" stage only lasts but for so long until you begin to get hit with the true reality that should have been looked into from DAY ONE!!!...And I am not condoning being with any man JUST for his ample financial status alone...If he is ambitious, lives a clean life with no bad habits and is willing to build with you from scratch equally then God Bless You!....You have a good thing! But what about these irresponsible unstable "charmers" with drop dead gorgeous looks who actually weigh more than their credit score?...HUH?...What about these guys out here who look good in the club but have more toes than teeth?...LOL! A real man has vision! A real man seeks to secure his women! A real man is always "righteously" scheming to make reality BETTER for you, him and the family! A real man just CAN'T sit down and take the easy route through life's challenges!

If he can't enhance your life, then he should GET TO STEPPIN'!...PLEASE! If you get involved with someone you must INVESTIGATE them. YES! And don't think that you should casually do it on the sly....tell him up front because you want to know EVERYTHING about him and then you will do your own intensive check on his damn background! There is NO time to waste with all these diseases running around here, rising inflation with the ever rising high cost of living! Run his social security number! Run that license! (And you know you have drama if he doesn't even have a license! Chase those types away ON THE SPOT and save yourself a fat headache!) If a brother has NOTHING to worry about or nothing to hide then he will be an open book for you! All of this is on the premise that he is gainfully employed!...Gainfully employed with a few legal side "hustles" that bring in even more cash! Isn't your life, hard earned assets and good sweet blissful toe curling loving worth that? And you think this is too harsh???...Thinking that you might scare "Mr. Right" away? NOOOOO!!! Nothing could be further from the truth! If he has nothing to hide then he would be glad and even PROUD to show you the righteous footprints that his choices have left in the sands of his life! What this does is show this man that he has a GOOD catch in you! ...It shows him that NO man can have you fast & easy and that to GET quality you have to BE quality!...

Doesn't Oprah, Donald Trump and a ton of other "well to do" prosperous individuals have the same 24 hours in their day that you do? Wonder how they get so much done? You don't see them wasting their time with non motivated people do you! Most of them are UP in the morning early having already accomplished more than many of us could have ever executed in a week when many of us are rubbing the slimy goo out of the corner of our eyes late in the morning talkin' 'bout "I don't feel like goin' into work today, I wish I could hit the lottery soon!" So why in the heck would you want to give yourself to a man who will bring you down! I don't know about you but I want to go UP! And this works both ways! Fellas, stop getting involved with these women who have no agenda JUST because they give good h**d and are a freak in bed! There has got to be more than just sex in a relationship!...Because when life's storms hit your life, mere sex is NOTHING compared to the true piece of mind and total contentment that come from a loving commited God centered relationship! Think about it!

The Beauty Of Painful Experiences 

Start from where you are! No matter how humble the circumstances! No matter how impossible it seems. God wants to feel proud that you have faith in him. Make him happy. Possessing a lack of confidence is a "diss" to God. Especially if you claim to have truly internalized his word within your daily lives! It shows that you are not connected. The time to stand up and continue to fight even stronger is when it the prognosis for victory seems even more bleek and hopeless than ever. This is when God shows his power in your life. This is when you SHOW God you truly believe in his might! I compare it to a boxing match. A fight. If any of you know anything about the sport of boxing, you know that every punch is NOT a knockout punch... Some punches are merely a means to position yourself to be ABLE to deliver that crushing knockout blow! And even then, a KNOCKOUT victory is not always guaranteed!...But victory will be yours nonetheless! 

God sometimes allows us to be "positioned" sometimes in a place that may not make sense to us at the time. Our logic is not his. We could never totally encompass his infinite wisdom in our comparitively very simple affairs. So when it comes to working...we may not always be able to have that dream job...that dream career...when we want it. We might not be ready for it even though we desire it so strongly. Our creator may know a few things about our character makeup or situation and must allow some things to transpire in our life that will help us to grow into maturity. As much as you wanted to eat that cake that is in the oven and filling up your nostrils with that irresistable aroma, you know that to take it out of the oven before it is ready would limit the culinary experience to something far less than what it will be when it is totally ready! This is how life is...we take our "cakes" out of the oven long before they are ready! We jump to get married or involved too fast without taking time to find out if that is what is in the master plan for you...we spend our money too fast without thinking of the long term financial ramifications...we do things too fast without thinking, then regret what we did later on when we can't change what happened...we get angry too quickly when circumstances don't go our way!...

Gods will can NEVER be rushed! But it's always on time! What we get angry at could be the very thing that positions us for what we truly crave! Sometimes if we are not careful, we can actually throw our blessings away! That job that you refuse to take because it is "below" you may be the very positioning you needed to achieve a reality that supercedes anything that you could have ever imagined! You just never know. Everyday is an adventure and a chance for improving yourself and awareness a"degree" higher than you were on before! So when circumstances come into your life that may not be too pleasant...Accept them and know that it may be God honing you and strengthening you for something better. Never give up on your goals, it is the pursuit of these goals that keep you alive and your juices flowing. No matter HOW many times in the beauty parlor you hear women comparing their childbirth experiences and speaking on how painful it was...and how they will never do it again...Not ONE of those women will ever say that they regret the child that they have! And if to keep THAT child here on this earth they were told that they had to do it again, THEY WOULD in a heartbeat!

The beauty of painful experiences is that it brings a wisdom that money can't buy! The pain of studying for that degree! For you who possess that degree: Remember that? Now the pain is over and for the rest of your life, you have something that NO one can take away!...The pain and sacrifice of saving for that house! Remember that? Overtime. Pinching pennies. Always tired....now the pain is gone and you have your OWN roof over your head! The pain of getting in shape and losing weight...going to the gym...monitoring your eating and shunning those foods that have you so weak with temptation at times...But guess what? Now that you are in shape and healthier with increased esteem and a longer lifespan you see that there was a purpose to that sacrifice and can appreciate that pain!...It is a universal principle that can be applied to every facet of our lives! Climbing the most difficult mountains will always bring the sweetest victories! Just don't run when the mountain comes!

 Bring Me Somethin' Back From The Store!

Never feel that you are not good enough or have nothing to offer the world! I have spoken with many brothers and sisters about this and was surprised to see how many of us have not the confidence that we falsely exude to the world. Not everyone now...but a greater number than I originally thought. It's funny. We go to the shopping malls and see people appearing so happy and seemingly having it all together... but if you sometimes sit back and really observe, you will see hints of the insecurities that drive these individuals to work so hard to look like they have it all! One day at the mall (A place where I very seldom find myself!), I decided that I was going to sit back, grab a corner and study "people" on a deeper level...I was just in one of those introspective moods...One of the things that I have  benefited from doing this from time to time was that my art would improve, as well as my ability to communicate with people overall. One thing I noticed about our people was how preoccupied they were with their "looks" and their "style"... Some I observed could not take five steps without looking at themselves in the mirror or discreetly attempting to "adjust" something about themselves that they perceived was out of place. Back and forth, up and down. Some came to actually purchase and maybe window shop...but some came there hungry for attention and admiration...It was very startling the amount of energy given to this fruitless endeavor! Are we that shallow that we can work so hard to "appear" to be the real thing than actually striving to really "be" the real thing? Our self worth hinges on whether we can accumulate more material goods than the next human being...our ability to communicate and relate to one another is almost non existent. We hunger for that connection to another human being so badly but are not instructed on how to accomplish this in the programs we watch and the people who we idolize. What good is "getting yours" when your brother and sister "have not?"...If an individual has nothing to offer us then we shun him/her in pursuit of someone who "has it all together!" Isn't that so sad? What happens when these condescending individuals takes a fall in life? Financial. Or a loss in "status"....(which to me is actually in the mind anyway!) Well, sometimes you read about them...suicides are at an all time high. Addictions of all sorts... Sexual addictions...drug addictions...gambling addictions...maybe even a few that your acquaintances may have that  you don't even know about...But when it hits the front page of the paper or ends up in the evening news, we gasp and stare off to the heavens in shock! How could it be? We ask ourselves...they "looked" so happy! Why would they harm themselves or their family? We are so blinded by the lusts and the pursuit of MORE in this world that we cannot even hear the cries of our own families! We never plan any family time anymore. We usually spend more collective time at funerals than we do alive with our loved ones. We "happen" to bump into each other in the kitchen late at night, passing each other like strangers. What happened to that good old bonding time? What happen to those lazy saturdays sittin' on the front stoop sharing our thoughts and dreams, grabbing each passerby for a minute of "juicy talk" before they carried on? When was the last time you said to someone: "Bring me somethin' back from the store?"...and gave the money for what you wanted and even gave them extra for "what ever" they wanted? It's no wonder why we lack the confidence to achieve the most elementary of goals these days. We have boxed ourselves off from the very source of ever abundant confidence: True relations, love, acceptance and connectedness with each other REGARDLESS of what is in our pockets!

 Blinded & Caught Up In The Lower Desires

Many of us as adults are NO better than when we were a child with a diaper full of stink mess! At least at that time in our lives we knew how to submit to our immediate higher authority which was either our parents or guardians...because we knew that they were the ones who provided us with the sustenance to live, grow and thrive. Little babies pretty much are born with a clean slate of a mind before the surrounding environment affects us and helps us to form our individuality. But for the most part, as babies, all we are good for at that time is EATING, SLEEPING and how can I say it? DODOing! (That means going to the bathroom for those of you who are above such terms!) Well, the funny part is, as adults, many of us are just ONE step above that little baby! Yes!....Just ONE step!...Why do I say this? I say it because as adults we eat, we sleep, we use the restroom and we have the desire to procreate.....to have sex.....to crave the experience of sexuality! Is this a sin to have these biological functions? NO! But I feel that as human beings we are BLINDED and CAUGHT UP too much in the immediate gratification that comes from satisfying these basic needs to the point that we do not see the SPIRITUAL REALITIES that lie behind the physical! Many of us are given obvious signs from the God above that will guide us from a bad situation that can easily be avoided but we might be too caught up in what we see, what we WANT, and what we have the urge to indulge in. We can go to our jobs on our first day back from a few days off and hear our co workers speaking on how GOOD the food was at the restaurant, how GOOD they slept the night before or how GREAT the sex was with that new partner.....but never do you really hear anyone say how they understood the significance of the word that they heard from the woman or man of God or the individual that God used to bring a guiding word to you. And I don't mean church alone. If you open your spiritual eyes and ears God can speak to you anywhere! I was in a checkout line at Wal-Mart and had a personal dilemma in my life at the time that I pondered long and hard for the answer to, wouldn't you know that the solution came to me RIGHT THERE! NO! It wasn't a burning bush that spoke to me or an Angel that appeared to me from the Heavens.....it was the couple standing behind me who had gone through the same thing! They were speaking on it and how they got through it and how it was no big deal after it was over! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I GOT MY ANSWER! Now THAT's how God works! He gave me the answer right there in the busy Wal Mart checkout line! Now I am not suggesting to you to go and eavesdrop on everyone in sight because you would only walk away confused most of the time but what I am saying is that don't be surprised WHERE the answers might come from for your daily challenges. Now if you are caught up in being hungry, horny or fatigued and your thinking is blurred by these physical trappings, you won't see the truth behind many of the spiritual whisperings that are so freely given to us by God. This makes me wonder how many times in an individuals life they have missed out on or actually TURNED AWAY a blessing because they didn't expect it to arrive the way it did. They may not have liked the packaging that it came in, or didn't "like" the person who God chose to deliver it to you! We are the ones who often block our own answers from coming through. Yet we cry to God to "save us" from this situation because we "don't have the strength" on our own to get through! How weak! Look around you! The answer is often right under our noses! Our visions are BLOCKED! So if we stop being "biologically driven zombies" existing between one physical craving to the next, or from one prejudice to the next, we can see finally Gods righteous face peeking through the lust filled clouds of our own flesh loving selfs! I, like anyone else, has to go through a constant state of detoxification of this worlds trivial foolishness to seek that level of innocence and purity that I once possessed as a child. Only when we "clear" our spiritual filters can we receive the flow of constant "goodness" that God gives to us everyday. The world around you would look like a very dirty place if the spectacles you are wearing has mud smeared on it now wouldn't it? So if you are contantly complaining and see your life as something that it shouldn't be then check YOURSELF! God never fails us! It is us who fail in our connection to God! You have got to stay PLUGGED IN!

 A Taste Of Your Own Medicine 

America is always snooping it's nose somewhere it has no business. Talking about helping other countries to attain human rights, while at the same time denying human rights for citizens at home! Don't you think the world has watched you give your own native (original)american /black /latino and other economically deprived citizens the runaround? It has given those who put us through the recent terrorist attacks no remorse because they know that this government has terrorized us in the same manner for hundreds of years! You are now only getting a taste of the poison you have made us swallow for far to long!

Name Dropping Idiots & Designer Fools 

It never ceases to amaze me at the amount of individuals who will try so hard to impress others with such shallow "name dropping" about the achievements in their lives. While we should give ourselves "props" for having the discipline for what we have accomplished, we should never forget where it all comes from. Human life is so very fragile. We forget that we can be snuffed out so quickly. After we are gone the sun will still rise...the world will still turn...the very headlines on the newspapers in the majority of cases would not even mention our passing. Which leads me to ask, what impact have you had on the world that is meaningful? You can have the baddest automobile on the road but right after you leave this earth, there is even a better one on the production line. Having the freakiest sex partners does nothing to leave a legacy for our offspring. While having nice things are a good thing, it can sometimes blur the mission of what it is that God wants us to do on this earth. Why? Because it can create a lust that takes us off course into something completely different that can eat up our righteous energies in a very bad way rendering us non productive. The sad thing is we sometimes don't even see it until it is too late!
